Performance-to-camera, total duration 10 minutes, originally shown as part of Live Art Club's Online showcase (March), 2020.

A performance-to-camera adapting a previous work, Glass Scratch, under lockdown restrictions, Hyem was an exploration into ways of producing intimacy with an audience mediated through online video. Part of a body of work exploring Queer Monstrosity and Northern identity through wyrm folktales, the song tells the myth of the Lambton Worm - a departure from the queer anthem pop song chosen in the original work. The title refers to the Northern slang hyem or hjem, meaning home.
